Do I need to be at home?
Discuss access arrangements with Amy when planning your clean. Any key or entry arrangements should be agreed directly.
Do you bring cleaning products?
Confirm products and equipment with Amy before the visit. Please mention delicate surfaces, allergies, pets or particular product preferences.
Which areas do you cover?
Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent. If you’re nearby, send your postcode area and Amy can confirm whether she can help.
Can I book immediately through the website?
The website starts an enquiry. Your clean is booked once Amy has confirmed the scope, price and appointment directly with you.
